I got an old sp that has he wwn/wwpn i want to move to another sp. but that new sp was created from a sp template. Is it possible to move the wwn/wwpn from that old sp to the new sp that is created from a sp template?

You would have to enter the WWPN manually in the new SP.
Why do you want to move it? Preferred method would be to just zone/mask the new SP's WWPN with your array.
When you start going manual you open yourselves up to issues.
