Hello,
All of the sudden I lost CIMC connectivity to one of our UCS C220 platforms. When I went to look at it, it is continuously
beeping a single long beep ,with the status led flashing amber. I power cycled it but still no CIMC. The bare metal RHEL
OS does boot and am able to ssh to it. I connected a local monitor to the system when I power cycled it, but did not see any warnings on screen.
Any idea's where I should start troubleshooting?
Thank You
-John

First thing we need is to get CIMC back and then go from there, so can you remove the power cables for 3-5 minutes, plug them back and let me know if still cant access CIMC?

Thanks Saurabh, Kerry,
Powering off for 5 minutes brought the CIMC back, and then I could see that power supply 1
was offline. Replaced it and no more fault.
Thanks for your help.

John,
probably there's memory leak in CIMC
https://tools.cisco.com/bugsearch/bug/CSCub25194/?referring_site=bugquickviewredir
for Beep issue:
http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/unified_computing/ucs/c/sw/raid/configuration/guide/MegaRAID.html#wp1105151
Table 5-3 gives a translation between the beep intervals and potential issues.
I would suggest you to open a TAC case and get the logs analysed.
