NTP Server service

Hi guys,

Does anyone know if UCS servers can be configured like a NTP server? I mean it will be a source clocking.

Not at a UCSM or CIMC level.

Obviously you could setup something at the OS level that would run a NTP server service.

Hi Kirk,

I'm agree with you in configuring of NTP service in OS level but I've checked in the Cisco documentation (Link) that NTP service only it can adding NTP Servers and not to be a source clocking like a Switch does it.

I would like to know if you or anyone have been able to configure this , and if so, what commands is used.
