Problem activating UCS Manager

I am having an issue activating UCS Manager, I have followed the steps of downloading the image files to 'Download Tasks' but now when I try to activate the UCS Manager as per my instructions it says it is unable to find the image. Maybe I have skipped a step?

Tom, 

You are likely using the non-UCS mini bundle when you uploaded into UCSM initially.

Please download the UCS Mini A bundle from cisco.com and it should work without issues.
