RAID battery fault, SLOT-HBA inoperable

I finally got into the CIMC controller of one of our C240 M4 servers.This machine has a few storage related errors:

So, can the battery be the overall failure here or could the card have troubles also? I am really not on site and can't get to reseating this stuff anytime soon. I also see this for flex-flash:

Again, I am not there to reseat this stuff. And as you would have it this is the one out of 4 servers whose warranty expired!!

Don't know that our support covers hardware. Please give me some hints here, thanks.

The raid controller could be having an issue.  Controller issue could actually be the RC of the battery alert.

The flexflash issue looks like the card in slot1 needs to be replaced.

Ultimately, need the support bundle after triggering the storage TTY logs.

Closing the loop for this issue.

RMA of Raid controller and SD card resolved the issues.
