RapidSSL CA - failed to verify certificate chain, error: Failed to split certificate chain

Im trying to add RapidSSL CA certifiacte into Cisco UCSM.

Im getting  failed to verify certificate chain, error: Failed to split certificate chain

Any idea ?

Hello,

The cert that we are trying to add, is it to the trusted point?

Also, do we know how many intermediates it contains to get to the root? (which should be included as well) If it is one of those certs that looks like only one but contains many, we will want to extract them individually and place them in the following order:

Intermediate n

     |

Intermediate n+1...

     |

root

I had conversation with TAC.

There is no cert request, we bought SSL  without generated CR.

Second thing is that, UCS do  not support SSL ?
