recommended creation of service profile

Hi All

I wanna know if the creation of service profiles and pools under root is recommended or under sub-organization created under root?

I would strongly advice to keep all pools under root; this guarantees unique values, whether service profiles are under root, or in a org under root.

With RBAC, Service profiles can be placed under root, or in org's under root, allowing some management hierarchy.

However, physical resources like blades are global !
