Server deosn't boot after installing ESXi

I am deploying UCS and have a problem with two of the servers. When I install ESXi it seems to install OK but after the reboot they don't boot into ESXi instead they only get as far as the EFI. I had a problem originally as they had the wrong WWPNs specified, they were switched around and I thought this was the cause. I've deleted the service profiles and recreated them using the correct WWPNs but I still have the same problem. Any ideas on how to resolve this, the other servers are all working fine.

If your server does that even when after the installation you were able to see your LUNs, it s very likely that the boot policy is not properly configured, check the boot policy of the other servers working fine and see what is diferent.

Any chance it's this?

Symptom The server fails to boot up after installing ESXi in UEFI mode. This happens when the ESXi boot menu entry is not available in UEFI boot menu and boot item is not added in F6 boot menu for the new VMware ESXi OS.
