-Check the RAID settings in the BIOS.
-Enabled on board RAID to SWRAID. If you're using an LSIMegaRAID controller, you'll need the BIOS setting for "Enhanced" SATA mode
+If RAID/Hard drive issues persist, reseed all cables inside the UCS box.
-Once that issue is resolved, make sure the boot sequence is to boot from CD/DVD first
-Mount ESXi .ios and boot up the server
-If issue is not resolved and you are receiving "PXE-E61: Media test failure, check cable" error, you may need to have your RIAD controller and/or hard drive(s) replaced.
