slot error code :999559

I got this error in UCSM fault but do not see anything is FSM from the CIMC perspective , I look up and search on Google, there is nothing conclusive so far, it is happening only in Slot 1/3 and 1/5 , the rest of the blades work fine. your help is appreciated.

Hi Saleem,

 

Do slot 1/3 and slot 1/5 have a blade inside of it, or these two empty slots?  If these two are empty slots, you will get this error if a blades was not decommissioned properly. 

If this is the case, you will need to place the same blade or a blade similar in hardware, allow for UCS to discover the blade, and then decommission the blade properly (see attached screenshot)

If these slots are not empty, have you upgraded these blades recently?
