Swapping local disks amongst different UCS blades

Hi all,

Most of our blades ( B230 M2s) are diskless and they boot from SAN. However i have a specific requirement where it is required to boot from local disk.

I do not have any disks in the B230M2 disk slots but i do have some B200M1 blades which have a couple of 146GB SAS drives.

If i just remove these HDDs from B200M1 and put then in the B230 M2 disk slot, would it break anything. Where do i find disk compatibility information? Any advise.

Drive details are as follows on a B200M1
