switch is not managed and the VSM image is not uploaded

I am trying to update my nexus 1000v using the vsum. I logged into web client and trying to get it managed but I keep seeing this error.

My image vsm is already uploaded. any idea?

Hello Tony, 

What version of Nexus 1000v are you currently running?

What version of vCenter?

What version of VSUM?

When you receive this error, it's usually indicating an authentication error to the switch. Are you using the local admin account and local admin password when attempting to manage the switch?
