Hello,
I have a problem on a UCS6248UP on which we have no more support.
Following a power failure, I have the Fabric Interconnect A which has an overall Status: Inoperable. The lights are orange and all the connections to the various equipment are cut.
The Fabric Interconnect A is working fine.

After pulling power to problem FI for a few minutes, you will want to connect a console cable to the FI so you can see what, if anything, is being written to the console.  Could be corruption with bootflash,, etc.

Kirk...

the error file is attached. There is a starting problem.
