Hello,
I'll be doing a Hyper-V Core 2012 installation based on B200M3 and I have a few questions:
- Is it supported (or a good idea) to boot Hyper-V2012 from SD (flexflash)?
- is there a documented procedure to install the OS in the SD flashes? Apparently turning the SD cards bootable is a major thing...
- Can anybody provide this procedure if it exists?
- Is RAID on the flexflash supported?
Thanks
Gustavo

Microsoft provides instructions for booting from flash - Run Hyper-V Server from a USB Flash Drive. However, you will see a note at the beginning of the article saying this requires support from the system vendor. To my knowledge, we have never validated a configuration to boot from flash.
