UCS BFS-ESXi Issues

Our blade sees the LUN, but when attempting to boot ESXi (legacy bios) I get:

Has anyone had experience booting to ESXi?  I'm sure I'm missing something easy.

I am curious if ESXi got installed while UEFI boot options were available.

I'm assuming it is a MBR type partition?

If it shows up as a GPT then it was likely installed in UEFI mode.
