I am having an issue where my UCS server hangs on bootup at the "Configuring and testing Platform Hardware..." I have followed the necessary steps to clear the CMOS using the jumper on the J1E6 header, but when I put it on pins 2 and 3, the server will not power on. Any help is greatly appreciated!

I think you should try recovering corrupt BIOS.

Are you having a problem on M2 generation like the original poster 5 years ago?
If you are having this issue on M5 generation, then there is a recent Field Notice:
https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/support/docs/field-notices/705/fn70595.html
The fix for this Field Notice is to upgrade BIOS to the latest (or roll back to prior BIOS).
You can change/upload the BIOS version via CIMC web interface.
