Hi,
I currently have UCS 5108 AC2 Chassis with 3 UCS B200 M4 Blade Server which has VMWARE ESXI installed on it.
Is it possible to add a new UCS Blade Server like B420 or B460? It will not make problems? And of course install ESXI on it as well...
Will they all work properly together even though they are different models?
Thanks

Yes, different model blades can be added to a UCS chassis.
Looks like both blades you mentioned are "full width", so the divider may need to be removed.
Found this doc:
Mixed blade configurations Allows up to 8 half-width or 4 full-width blade servers,
or any combination thereof, for outstanding flexibility.
(When the UCS Mini chassis is configured with the 6324 Fabric Interconnect,
only 8 half-width blades are supported.)
There are docs on individual blades which details the divider:

One thing you would need to consider if you plan to add these host to a VMware HA configuration is the number of processors.
The B2XX only have 2 processor, while B4XX have four processors.
