Hi Adebola,
Here are the URLs to the spec sheet for the C200 M2 servers:
http://www.cisco.com/en/US/prod/collateral/ps10265/ps10493/c200m2_lff_specsheet.pdf
http://www.cisco.com/en/US/prod/collateral/ps10265/ps10493/c200m2_sff_specsheet.pdf
Depending upon the server you are running, refer to the sheet to choose the controller.
Pleae note these servers are out of sale now, plese check the cisco ordering tool for the availability for the adapter.

Product ID (PID) | PID Description |
UCSC-RAID-C-4I4E | LSI MegaRAID SAS 9280-4i4e |
R200-PL004 | LSI MegaRAID SAS/SATA 9260-4i |
R2X0-ML002 | LSI 1064E 4-port SAS/SATA RAID 0/1 Mezzanine |
Here is a list of the supported raid controller for the server that you have. You can also use the raid onboard controller since this controller supports SATA drives the only problem with this controller is that ESXi is not supported on it.
“Note The integrated ICH10R RAID controller is not compatible for use with VMWare ESX/ESXi Server software in any generation or version of the Cisco UCS C200 server.”

If you open the link below and go to page 17 of this PDF you will find more information about the controllers mentioned above.
