I am working with this server that has installed in the mLOM slot this module:

the appliance I am trying to install only works with eth0 and 1interfaces but during the installatio,n the two optical interfaces on the mLOM are recognized as eth0 and eth1 and the interface we're using (the gigabitEthernet1) is recognized by cisco ADE as GigabitEhernet2 and by linux as Eth2.
I went into the setup-> advanced -> lom pcie slots configuration -> pcie link speed configuration ->pcie slotid MLOM and changed link enable to "disabled" saved and restarted the server.
When I log into the CIMC however, the module in the mLOM slot is still shown.
Has anyone advice on how o disable the slot ? thanks
