UCS C240M4S SSH response very slow

Hi ,

I have UCSC240M4S need to be managed by Cisco Prime Network 4.2.2

Cisco Prime Network TAC engineer say UCSC240M4S  CIMC SSH response too slow.

I using SecureCRT  and putty to connect CIMC IP.

it need about 9 - 15 seconds to prompt "Login as:"

Do you have any method to improve the SSH response time on the UCSC240M4S ?

There is a bug on CIMC memory leak that MIGHT be affecting you (keep in mind I am not looking at the server logs yet) and when it leaves CIMC out of memory your server doesnt respond to SSH or the GUI, can you try to power cycle the server (unplug power cables, wait ~10secs and plug them back)  and see if it improves?

Following up on Keny's post.

If the CIMC is still accessible, then if you are being affected by this memory leak, then a CIMC reset (requires no downtime of the OS) should resolve this as well.
