If you buy an additional CPU for UCS C server. does its heatsink is included on the purchase? it was already on the server's CPU socket?

Greetings.
I believe the heatsinks have their own PIDs/SKUs.
I would google the server's (i.e. c240m5) spec sheet, and then search on heatsink.
On the M5s there are several different heatsinks depending on the wattage of the CPU (think 150W is the cut-over).

For 150W CPUs and below:
UCSC-HS-C220M5
UCSC-HS-C240M5
For CPUs above 150W:
UCSC-HS2-C220M5
UCSC-HS2-C240M5
