UCS failed re-ackknowledging slot

Dear Sir/Madam, Recently,we replace motherboard of one blade in ucs chassis,and re-insert blade in same slot 1 of chassis,but blade can't get up.it indicated Needs Resolution red sign, only Re-acknowleged slot option we can choose, the other options were can't select. and in fault report slot presense mismatch but after I clicked on re-ackknowledged slot I got failed re-acknowledgeing slot 1 cause:child mgmtController , please see attachment when i login cli, using command remover server ,decommision server, it seems chassis can't find blade. and in FSM, there no any log message. thank you Tom

Try changing the Cluster lead:

SSH to whichever FI has lead/primary role:

FI (Primary)# connect local-mgmt

FI (Primary) (local-mgmt)#show cluster extend

Make sure it shows "HA READY".

If ok, then force a switch over (this doesn't impact data plane)

FI (Primary) (local-mgmt)# cluster lead (A or B, whichever is subordinate)

Give it a couple of minutes then log back into VIP IP, and see if this clears up the slot errors.
