Hello,
Is it possible to have the UCS FI uplinked as below for FCoE connectivity--
UCS FI --> Nexus5k (NPV mode) --> Nexus5k FCF

I think this is not supported, 2 stages of FCoE NPV ! see eg. https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/support/docs/switches/nexus-5000-series-switches/116248-configure-fcoe-00.html
What should work is
UCS FI --> Nexus5k (FCoE FCF) --> Nexus5k (FCoE NPV)
