1. I would like to know when the link grouping preference in ucs global policy should be set to None. Or what's good?2. I also want to know the advantages and disadvantages of Port Channel in the classis fex discovery policy.

Just like any other port-channel, you get better load balancing and redundancy between IOMs and FIs, so you will want to enable link grouping.
