UCS Manager 2.0(1W) read-only role greyed-out

                   Hi, I want to create a locally authenticated user in UCS Manager with read-only permissions but when I go to add a user the read-only role is not available for selection (it's greyed-out). Any idea how to correct this and make the read-only role available for selection? Screenshot attached. Thanks.

It's enable by default.

Don't assign any roles to your new user and they will automatically get read-only.
