Please need your help to check if UCS Mini with fabric 6324 support SFP+ 16G FC?

The UCS mini do not support 16GB FC. You can check the spec sheet for supported optics/speeds.

One question more please, if I connect an SFP 16GFC to fabric 6324 will work at 8Gbps speed? Or it will not recognized by fabric?

if you plug it into the UCS Mini it may not be recognized, but you could try it. I would think that unexpected behavior may occur as it has not been tested.

as per the cisco datasheet 6324 support only 2,4,8 FC SFP only support.

But you can try if it is detecting and also some time it will detect ,But
the speed will be auto negotiable to 8GB FC speed
