UCS | serial console over LAN

We recently got a UCS 5108 and installed in a remote site.  The fabric interconnects have serial consoles which needs to be accessed from our LAN during power-up of UCS and cisco webex support sessions.  What is the recommended method to access the serial console of fabric interconect through LAN.

Will the standard terminal console server or KVM work?  What do you use to get the serial console remotely?

This is standard serial console cable that is used to access any Cisco device and should work well with a console server, reverse telnet server, or a KVM server.
