UCS service level options

In the UCS Advisor tool in DesignXpert there are several hardware and software service levels to choose from. e.g. UC Support 24X7X4OS (UCS7) and UC Plus 24X7X4 (UCW3) plus a bunch of others.

Is there a plain English explanation anywhere of what exactly is included in each of these support options? I can't seem to find one.
