Hi All,
I tried to map virtual media on UCS using NFS i got the below error in the logs .
As recommended we tried the green button please see the screen shot attached
I checked in the CIMC logs below is the error
ncutil.c:105:[ncPing]libnc: ncPing: Failed <Server presence not found on IP Addr:10.127.41.14 and Port:2049>
Even we tried WWW using a node js server hosted on 3000 port
Error we got for the WWW option is as below
ncutil.c:15:[hostname_to_ip]lib_ncPing: ERROR Unable to getaddrinfo for hostname :10.142.148.166:3000
please let us know what needs to be done to fix the issue.
We are looking for WWW option basically.

Hi Sofita,
We found the issue.
The logs were misleading as it was a problem with the port used to be default 80 and we gave 3000 so it was giving the error
ERROR Unable to getaddrinfo for hostname :10.142.148.166:3000
Once we restarted the web server on port 80 the mapping got added and started working.
Please update the troubleshooting guide with the above point as well to check for ports and other settings before mapping virtual media.
I see some of the document also needs to be fine tuned with the parameters being used in UCS commands.
Please have a look and those and do the needful.
With Best Regards,
T.Deanesh
