UCS250 M1 does not restart after power failure

We have a UCS 250 M1 server and last night we had a power failure.  The system did not automatically restart after the power was restrored.  I have looked through the BIOS and the Managment counsol but I could not find any setting that would cause the server to restart after the power was restored.  Is there such a setting on the box?  And if so how do I get to it?

It's controlled by the CIMC. If you login in to the CIMC and click on Server->Power policies in the right pane towards the right side you can choose what the CIMC will do on power restore.
