Hi Guys,

We use UCSB-B200-M3 and one of the server is faulty. We replace it with the same type (refurbished).

We insert in slot 6 and it is discovered in UCS Manager. But in Adapters menu, HBAs and NICs is not detected. While in DCE Interfaces, from DCE Interface 1,3,5,7 only 1 and 3 assigned IO Module Port and Port Channel .Compared with other servers, all 1,3,5,7 have assigned IO Module Port and Port Channel. (attached is the screenshot).

What could be the issue here?

Additional information:
- in Server 6 (the refurbished one), from Inventory -> Motherboard -> Board Controller -> Firmware, Running version is 14.0 while in other servers running version is 8.0

- the label sticker in refurbished server is UCSB-B200-M3 V01 while the other servers is UCSB-B200-M3 V06

Thank you in advance.

another additional information

- The replaced server (server 6) part number is 73-13217-06 while the other server is 73-14689-04 (see attached screenshot)

- I also noticed that in Storage, storage configuration: absent and nothing on Local Disk Configuration Policy

could it be the compatibility issue between the replaced server and the chassis?
