Hi! I’m currently using a Cisco Systems UCSC-C240-M4SX server, which has 24 HDD slots. I have utilized 18 of these slots. Is it possible to use the remaining 4 slots?

Yes. Any disk from the C240 M4 spec sheet should work in those empty slots.
Follow the docs to get those new disks setup as unconfigured good and eventually part of a virtual drive (vd).
