Can someone point me to the upgrade path from 2.2(5b) to the latest 3.2 ucsm version? I do not believe I can go straight from 2.2(5b) to 3.2.

From 2.2.5 you need to go to 2.2.8 and then 3.2. Please review the 3.2 release notes for known bugs, caveats, etc.
