unable to access KVM Console after upgrading to FW 4.0.4h

HI,

We have upgraded our UCS environment to version 4.0.4h. I have upgraded one of the hosts also and I am now unable to connect to the KVM console, I get an error saying that the site can't be reached. The blades which have not been upgraded yet can still be accessed OK.

Has anyone seen this issue with version 4.0.x?
