Unable to login to UCSM GUI. CLI is working fine. Getting the error - Login Error: Failed to get max http user sessions. Please suggest if this is a bug and any fix.

Try below command

#scope security

#show user-session local/remote

#delete user-session local/remote <user> <session-id>

#commit-buffer

I’ve been able to reproduce this on 6332-16UP fi with 4.2.3o firmware. Additionally, the show and delete user session commands took 5-10 minutes to complete.
