I have decommissioned a server from the UCS manager and physically removed however the server is still listed in the Equipment Server list and is completely unmanagageble. I've attempted to remove with via the Server Maintenance but get the following error message "Maintenace task failed for Server 38. Compute is already marked out-of-service, dn:sys/rack-unit-38." Any assistance is greatly appreciated.
