Upgrade cisco ucs mini

i currently have a ucs mini. I want to add two additional chassis. 

Since with the ucsmini we have the Fi6324, can i remove the FI6324 from the ucs mini and replace it with a fex2204 which will be connected to an external FI.+ the external FI will cater for the additional two chassis.

UCI mini supports a maximum of 2 chassis, see eg. Fig.8

Yes, you can remove the UCS Mini 6324 module from the chassis and then replace it with the IOM/FEX 2204 and connect that chassis to a Fabric Interconnect and manage it accordingly.
