upgrade hardware in CISCO UCS

Hello All,

I am planning to upgrade my environment from old existing hardware to new hardware.

Existing Equipments

Two FI 6248 UP 
One Chassis UCSB-5108-AC2 
Two Chassis N20-C6508 
Six UCS-IOM-2208XP 
21 UCSB-B200-M3 blade servers.

I want to replace above with below hardware

Two FI 6248 UP 
Three Chassis UCSB-5108-AC2
Six UCS-IOM-2208XP
21 UCSB-B200-M4 blade servers.

What will be the approach should i follow? With minimal downtime

In the meanwhile, just wanted to know. Can i use my existing license of existing 6248 FI on new 6248 FI??? and how ?
