Upgrading CIMC with KVM Virtual Media hangs after choosing boot drive

After mounting the upgrade ISO to the Virtual Media and selecting the "Cisco vKVM-Mapped vDVD1.22" drive, the screen goes black and never displays the "Cisco Host Upgrade Utility" splash screen.  This same ISO was used to upgrade a different host with no issues.

Ideas?

I would  start by doing CIMC/BMC reboot prior to booting to the ISO.

This should clear out any potential OOM issues with the CIMC.

Reboot the server, reboot the CIMC... doesn't seem to matter.  Still getting a black screen after selecting the boot device (DVD).

Do any ISO's mount correctly?  can you confirm if https://software.cisco.com/download/home/286318809/type/286123307/release/6.1(1c)  diag iso mounts correctly?
