Hello,
I bought a USC C220 M4 and installed the following components:
2 x Intel XEON e5 2696 v4,
8 x DDR4 ECC REG 16GB
The problem is that the system keeps powercycling when I try to boot the system.
While the system is booting the system status LED is amber but none of the error leds inside of the chassis is lighted.
I hope someone can help me or show me how to diagnose the problem.

Hello,
thank you for your answer, but I already visited this page.
I think the used CPU is not supported, but until now I could not verify that.

Yea, don't see that specific processor in the spec sheet at https://www.cisco.com/c/dam/en/us/products/collateral/servers-unified-computing/ucs-c-series-rack-servers/c220m4-sff-spec-sheet.pdf
