hi guys,
the server to power it gets stuck in the process of test hardware, the server displays the following message on screen "configuring and testing platform hardware" and not proceed to load the OS. The server maintains this behavior after which restart unexpectedly. can someone help me to tell me that may be happening.

We need more information !
- standalone or UCS managed ?
- hardware configuration, CPU, memory, I/O adaptor
- CIMC, BIOS version
- OS installed on local disk ?
- which OS ?

Hi Carlos,
Most likely your server has a corrupted bios and you need to recover the bios. The best way get this is by doing the BIOS recovery using the documentation below. The recovery image that you need to put on the USB flash drive can be found in the HUU iso, you will need to extract this image and some folder inside the iso to get to this recovery iso. Note that you want to select the same firmware version that your system is currently running. You can download this image using the second link below.
