What does (MAX) mean in the "show pmon state" command output?

Hi!

The service smConLogger crashed twice on the box due to a memory leak (CSCwb57988) and the process was restarted. Device operations were not affected. What will happen if this services crashes two more times (we see that MAX is 4)? Will entire device reboot or something else bad will happen?
