Why do UCS system event logs show 1970 dates?

Why do UCS system event logs show 1970 dates?  This SEL was cleared a couple days ago. I see this A LOT in UCS.  What's the deal?

What FI models do you have?

Kirk, you may have hit it on the head with that bug. We're using 6454's with 4.0.4b firmware bundle. I'll open a case and see if "upgrade firmware bundle" is their only response. Thanks!
