Hello Elsayed,

Please provide us additional information to know about your setup

Are you performing installation to local hard disks or SAN ?

Complete version of Windows OS and CIMC version

At what stage of installation do you receive the above error message ?

Did you verify the checksum of the ISO image ?

Hi Padma,

now i removed the NIC and install WIN server 2008 R2 (64 bit ), it is succeed .

but i face another problem i try to install CSM 4.0 , i get the attache error massage

so do you have any idea for this issues

Elsayed,

So did you just reseat the NIC card or completely removed it ? What NIC card do you have on the server ?

I do not have much knowledge about CSM. As per the error message and following doc, terminal services should be disabled on your Windows OS for successful installation of CSM

Padma,

frist i removed it and after installion i reconnect NIC again.

kindly how can i disable Terminal Services.

Elsayed,

Generally speaking, you can start / stop / disable the services from services management console

start > run > services.msc and then look for terminal services.

Since this is specific to CSM application installation, you might want to check with people / forum board who are more knowledgeable in it to confirm if this is the real issue that prevents your installation or not.
