Curious what others are doing with regard to UCS' lack of interface index persistence and long term SNMP data collection? We recently updated one of our environments from 3.x to 4.0(4h) and nearly every bit of hardware gained a new SNMP index, so things like CPU temps, fan speeds, etc. were all rediscovered as new hardware, making it impossible to look at long term trends. TAC says there's no equivalent to ifindex persistence in UCS like there is in other product lines, nor is there any way for us to set indexes back to what they were.
