How do you reset a 6120XP back to factory defaults?
From the CLI you connect local-mgmt and then erase configuration
Thank you for the response. It appears that it is having issues beyond dong a simple reset. You are
not even able to reach the local-mgmt to do an erase. I have someone from Cisco helping me on this matter.
