how to disable "Quite Boot" in the latest UCS Server Version 2.0.1s

I updated the UCS server to latest release 2.0.1s, After the update, I can't find the "Quite Boot" in BIOS...

Dose anyone know it?

You should be able to set it via a BIOS Policy and attach it to the Service Profile. 

Which blade and BIOS version are you running? (Please indicate if it's an M1/M2 also).
