I need information about CPU and memory slots/capacity of 6200 Fabric Interconnects models. I did a long and deep search in the Internet and found nothing about it. Now I´m also curious about why Cisco would hide this information from data/spec sheets and any other documentation.

I'm not sure exactly what information you need, but you can get some memory and CPU information by running the `show system resources` in NXOS for each FI.
