With CMR Hybrid, is there a way to disable the black silhouette associated with audio participants so that it does not voice-switch the video?

Other products do not switch the video when audio participants speak and I am wondering if there is a way to disable this with CMR Hybrid / WebEx.  If not, does anyone know if this is on Cisco's Roadmap?
