Cisco MCU has a nice web interface for monitoring the health of endpoints in the conference, however a migration to the latest Telepresence Server software with Conductor is pending. We need to prepare our Video Support Team for connecting and monitoring "Town Hall" type meetings which are mission critical. Can anyone provide insight as to best practice for connecting/monitoring with Telepresence Server and Conductor?

Hi Joel,
What exactly are you wanting to monitor? Are these meeting scheduled through TMS? if so you can use Conference Control Centre (CCC) on TMS
Thanks,
Sebastian

Yes, with CMR Hybrid they will be scheduled via TMS. It sounds like TMS Conference Control Center is the way going forward to monitor conferences as I doubt Cisco is going to develop a similar web interface for the Telepresence Server software.

On Telepresence Server you can go the conference page and click on the conference in question to see who is connected etc You can then drill down deeper by clicking on a participant and see its status and call statistics.
